As a Service Sales Account Manager in ourIndustrial Refrigeration(IREF) department, you will play a crucial role inunderstanding our customers' requirements and delivering the right technical solutions to enhance their operations.

In this role, you will actively engage with clients aroundÅlesund / Trondheim, consulting with them to identify their specific needs and recommending our diverse range of service solutions and upgrade projects within theIREF / HVAC field. Your ability to listen carefully and provide insightful recommendations will be key to building lasting relationships with our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Negotiatenewservice contractandservice level agreementwith customers
  • Use your technical knowhow to identify solutions to match our customers' needs within the IREF / HVAC field
  • Engage withcustomers at their facilitiesto consultand drive sales growth, through our service, product and digitalsolutions
  • Manageand leadsmall to medium size projects

What We Look For

  • Proficient in navigating the dynamic environment ofinternational organizations with a matrix structure
  • Experience fromworkwithinIREF / HVACfield, comingfrom an engineering or technician background
  • Familiar with electrical and process diagrams
  • Solid understanding ofthermodynamic processes related to IREF / HVACfield
  • Ability to communicate with customers / stakeholders on all levels in an organization
  • Fluent in written and spoken English andNorwegian
