Who are we looking for :

Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine and eager to be part of something new from the very beginning? We are looking for a Head Sushi Chef and a Sushi Chef to help launch a fresh culinary concept in the heart of Norway. If you love working with high-quality ingredients and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine!

You will be working in an international environment, excellent English or Norwegian skills is a must. We require minimum 3 years of experience as a sushi chef (head chef experience is a strong advantage)

Main Responsibilities :

• Prepare sushi and sashimi with a high level of quality and precision
• Collaborate on menu development – both classics and innovative new creations
• Ensure proper ingredient handling with a focus on freshness, food safety, and flavor
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness to the highest standards
• Work closely with the General Manager and the team to ensure smooth operations
• Support the training and professional development of colleagues
