Job Overview

Papirfly is a PE-backed B2B SaaS company with a leading MarTech product. As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll build and run the operational engine behind our customer lifecycle - from onboarding through renewal and expansion - and play a pivotal role in enabling our GTM teams to operate with precision, pace, and predictability.

Ideal candidates bring experience from Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Customer Success Ops roles in B2B SaaS, and thrive on blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership, Product, Finance, and our GTM functions to drive renewals, mitigate churn, and forecast revenue expansion with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Renewals Management

  • Lead the full renewal lifecycle - from early pipeline prep through to contract finalization
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to forecast renewals, prepare commercial terms, and support or lead negotiations
  • Create and enforce structured, repeatable renewal playbooks across each quarter
  • Track and report on renewal progress with a focus on audit-readiness and alignment with Finance

Forecasting & Pipeline Visibility

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly churn forecasts.
  • Run bi-weekly upsell and cross-sell forecasts, including scenario modelling and revenue growth projections
  • Conduct customer-level risk analyses and revenue exposure assessments
  • Maintain and develop dashboards to track key metrics such as GRR, NRR, attach rate, and renewal conversion
  • Planhat Administration & Data Operations

  • Own the structure and data integrity of Planhat, ensuring accurate segmentation, adoption tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with CSMs to drive completeness and accuracy of customer data
  • Build and evolve Planhat dashboards tailored to the needs of executive, customer success, and cross-functional teams
  • Support the integration and ongoing optimization of data flows between HubSpot and Planhat
  • Process Transformation & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Drive improvements across the customer journey, from onboarding to expansion
  • Align customer operations with Finance to streamline renewals, invoicing, and commercial workflows
  • Support pricing and commercial processes, ensuring alignment with our packaging and growth strategies
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure a connected and scalable GTM engine
  • Knowledge and Experience Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Customer Success Ops roles within B2B SaaS environments, ideally in PE-backed companies
  • Proven track record of building and scaling renewal, upsell, and forecasting infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in CRM and Customer Success tooling, particularly HubSpot and Planhat.
  • Experience supporting GTM transformations and systems integrations
  • Skilled in creating clear, visual data insights for reporting
  • Deep commercial acumen and the ability to understand and influence customer decision-making
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across quarterly cycles
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data visualization and modelling
  • Operates with critical thinking, process discipline, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
