QA / RA Associate - newly educated Cand. Pharms

About the Role :

Kelly Services is looking to expand our pool of skilled QA / RA Associates to support our clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. We often get asked by our clients for candidates to fill these roles that are crucial for ensuring that products and processes meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. If you have a passion for quality assurance (QA) and regulatory affairs (RA), we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

  • Quality Assurance : Review and approve quality documents such as SOPs, batch records, and protocols to ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
  • Regulatory Affairs : Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  • Audits and Assessments : Conduct internal audits and participate in supplier assessments to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Quality Management : Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and participate in quality improvement projects.
  • Documentation and Compliance : Ensure that all quality and regulatory documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Educational Background : Degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience : Experience in quality assurance and / or regulatory affairs, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language : Fluency in English is required; fluency in Norwegian is a plus.
