Our medical care center for laboratory medicine, microbiology, hygiene, human genetics and pediatric endocrinology (MVZ Clotten), with almost 250 employees in Freiburg and integrated into the high-performance laboratory network of the Limbach Group, is looking for a full-time position with immediate effect.

Employee for customer service in 1st level support (m / f / d)

Your tasks :

  • Contact person (m / f / d) for our submitting medical practices in the area of telematics / 1st level support
  • Help desk and advice on the phone and via remote maintenance
  • Documentation of support requests
  • Integration for project tasks
  • Support in the development of new functions by contributing the operational view or customer requests
  • Testing the deployed applications before commissioning

Your profile :

  • Enjoy customer and service-oriented work
  • Solution-oriented way of thinking and good communication skills
  • Enjoy working responsibly in a team
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software - ideally you have experience with the Windows, Mac OS and Linux operating systems
  • You have a technical understanding - you solve problems with printers, find application errors and assist with installations of in-house software
  • Reliable, tidy and independent way of working
