Role Overview

We are now looking for a Summer Trainee – Automation to join our NACOS Marine team in Drammen, Norway  for the summer of 2025.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marine automation while working on meaningful projects in an international environment. You’ll support our team, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop valuable skills for your future career.

Key Responsibilities

Support technical project deliverables, including drawings and documentation

Assist in system design and participate in project meetings

Collaborate with the team to develop practical technical solutions

Help maintain quality and security standards

Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Key Requirements

Completed secondary school (technical or vocational education preferred) or current university students in IT, Automation, Electronics, or a related field

Team player with a curious and proactive attitude

Good communication skills in English

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Availability for a 3-month traineeship during the summer
