Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisor | Move to Portugal

We are looking for motivated fluent Norwegian speakers to join a friendly and supportive team representing one of the biggest multinational technology company that specializes in Internet -related services and products, which include online advertising technologies , a search engine , cloud computing , software, and hardware in Lisbon, ​Portugal.     • What will be asked to do ?

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to their queries by phone and / or email.
  • Identify customer needs.

    • Am I eligible ?

  • Hold a European passport or identity card
  • Native Norwegian / C2 level (spoken and written)
  • The training will be given in English; you must have a minimum B2 level in English.
  • Have the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients / prospects via phone and emails
