This is a great opportunity to grow, contribute, and shape the future of work in Elopak from within a high-impact HR Business Partnering team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of HR Business Partnering and support the broader HRBP team in delivering key people initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic HR initiatives – contribute to HR Business partnering processes like workforce planning, succession management, people surveys, performance management and capability building
- Develop concepts & frameworks – help shape and develop frameworks and tools aligned with business strategy
- Create engaging communications – design presentations and materials, update and coordinate information at our Leadership portal
- Coordinate and lead projects – leading and / or supporting execution of HR programs like onboarding and retention initiatives, leading our Global Graduate program
- Learn & collaborate – partner with experienced HR Business Partners and leaders to grow your strategic HR skillset
What we are looking for :
We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional with a solid background in HR—ideally in Talent Management—and a degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to HR Business Partnering activities such as talent reviews, learning & development, workforce planning, and organizational development, making it ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who is eager to take on both operational and strategic HR tasks in alignment with broader business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and presentation skills, a conceptual yet detail-oriented mindset, and a hands-on approach to implementation, along with fluency in digital tools like HRIS, analytics dashboards, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Copilot. We value a collaborative mindset, eagerness to grow within the HR Business Partnering function, and excellent English communication skills.
