Position Details :
Location : Athens, Greece
Salary : €1300 - €1500 per month plus performance bonus up to €300
Type : Onsite
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using the Norwegian language.
- Assist customers with hardware and software-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve advanced issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.
