What You’ll Do :
Day-to-Day Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of business partners, handling their needs with precision and care.
- Provide consistent and proactive support to partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, address partner concerns, and ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records using CRM tools, ensuring all partner interactions are documented and actionable insights are tracked.
