As our Account Manager , you will focus on day-to-day account management while driving long-term success with our key business partners. Your expertise in relationship management will be the foundation for enhancing partner engagement, increasing satisfaction, and growing revenue streams. What You’ll Do :

Day-to-Day Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of business partners, handling their needs with precision and care.
  • Provide consistent and proactive support to partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, address partner concerns, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records using CRM tools, ensuring all partner interactions are documented and actionable insights are tracked.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to understand partner goals and align on mutual objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions that enhance their offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and priorities.
  • Growth & Strategic Development

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with partner objectives and increase revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to propose innovative solutions and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to onboard new partners and ensure their integration into our service ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to tailor offerings that resonate with partners’ high-net-worth clients.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Regularly analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing action plans.
  • Provide detailed reports to partners and internal leadership, showcasing successes, growth opportunities, and areas of focus.
  • Ensure all metrics are aligned with overall business goals and partner expectations.
  • Requirements

    Key Competencies

  • Language Requirements : Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English (Additional languages such as Swedish or Danish are beneficial)
  • Relationship Builder : You have an innate ability to connect with stakeholders, foster trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented : You excel at managing multiple accounts and ensuring every detail is accounted for.

  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or relationship management , preferably in the luxury lifestyle, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and experience using them to manage accounts and drive efficiencies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills , ensuring win-win outcomes for partners.
  • Familiarity with the luxury market, particularly within lifestyle management, concierge services, and high-net-worth client expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
