Agile Manager / Scrum Master (f / m / d)

Full-time, starting immediately in Coburg, temporary for 2 years

Tasks

  • Coaching and lateral leadership of cross-functional software development teams
  • Managing the teams with regard to functional / technical aspects
  • Promoting self-organization and an agile mindset in the teams
  • Working closely with the Digital Service Owner and other stakeholders to coordinate product delivery
  • Independent project management
  • Monitoring of progress, problems and risks as well as tracking and communication or presentation of key figures
  • Supporting and advising teams to proactively contribute to improving the way they work, including by removing obstacles
  • Organization and moderation of agile processes and meetings; e.g. review, retrospective, planning
  • Participation and organization of various cross-team working groups

Profile

  • Degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Master / Agile Coach
  • Certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master / Professional Scrum Master) desirable
  • An independent, structured, goal-oriented and collaborative way of working with a high sense of responsibility, empathy and pragmatism
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident handling of project / organization tools (Jira / Confluence)
  • Motivation to develop and share knowledge with others
